Failure while 'Creating GCI'

When building the attached GCS to 'SGC -uSD Raw' using 'Graphic Composer 3 version 2.9.0.13' it hangs while 'Creating GCI'. The GCS is converting a single WMV into multiple videos.
I'm made sure sector 0 is empty on the SDRAM, and other builds work fine. Running on Vista. I have other GCS building fine. Any ideas why it fails?

I'm experiencing the same issue. Graphics Composer 3 (2.9.0.15).

The issue the other user had is solved in 2.9.0.15.

Can you email me the eintire GC project, or is it too big?
