  • gfx_Contrast(contrast) - GEN4-uLCD-28 PT

    have used the following function on my previous projects that use ulcd220 modules,
    moving to a new project on a gen4 28PT and the following does not work, is gfx_Contrast supported??

    func fade()
    var contrast;
    for (contrast := 15; contrast >= 0; contrast--)
    gfx_Contrast(contrast);
    pause(20);
    next
    endfunc

    Hello Marty,

    Unfortunately, changing contrast levels of current display you are using, will result with two states only: DISPLAY is ON when non-zero value and DISPLAY is OFF when the value is zero as discussed on the PICASO Internal functions reference manual >> section 2.6 Graphics Functions >> 2.6.40 gfx_Set() on page 123. You may visit this manual by pressing F1 when doing your project.

    Best regards,
    Kayven
