Is it possible to use the uCAM-232 with uOLED-32024-P1?

Yes, as long as you add RS232 level translator chip to the uOLED module Rx/Tx lines.

You mean a max232 right? I was wondering if I could interface the uCAM-232 to the uOLED-32024-P1 to output the pictures onto the display(see them)? Is this possible to do?

I realize that getting the display to show pictures in format such as bmp and jpegs without using graphics composer was real easy using the FAT controller that is.

Yes a 3.3V version of MAX232. The uCAM has low resolution, raw image mode where you can easily display on the uOLED module (128x128, 128x160, etc). The higher resolution output from the uCAM (320x240, 640x480) are jpeg files which you won't be able to display directly on the uOLED module, however you should be able to write these jpeg files onto the uSD card and view them later on a PC.

Have a look at Anna's Sandbox, that should give you a good start.
