OK, let me post to you a code that i made in java.
Only works with RAW mode, resolution less than 640x480.   That's because a buffer error on raw mode.
I tested with the last netbeans and it works.Attached files uCAMDemo.zip (85.8 KB)

    Hello Isaias,

I have tried to compile your code in BC++...Here i found two error,
**invalid conversion from `INT8U*' to `char*'
** invalid conversion from `INT8U*' to `const char*'
Can you please guide for this error...
    Thanks in advance

Well... i'm working in a code for BC++, but i think you can port it to a microcontroller.

Console Application works fine, but GUI application have problems (unresolved external error), i don't know how to use classes there, i will try it in visual c++ or java (netbeans).

I attach you the console application, it writes a file that contains the array of the image when the snapshot was taken and disconnects the port use.
