Hello
I recently bought a uCam-232 from a supplier in the UK. It comes with a prepared cable and D-Type connector and I have supplied the 5V supply. I have not been able to get it to sync on any of my computers at any board rate using the demo program.
I have buzzed the connections out, and checked the power on the board but still always get 'Sync failed, is uCam connected?' message. I am stumped (no oscilloscope) and wondered whether there is any issue using a USB to RS232 cable to connect to the uCam? The cable itself is working as I can see characters being returned in Hyperterminal if I connect RX to TX.
Any suggestions would be helpful.
