  • Problem setting Screen Resolution

    Hi,
I'm having problems setting screen resolution to other then 320x240.
I've tried both with FAT-controller and from my microcontroller.
    Log from FAT-controller:
    Version 0,000 [56 00]
4DRom file not found, cannot simulate Display
    Get Status 0,000 [7A]
    Version 0,094 [56 01]
    Micro-VGA
    Hardware Revision: 10
    Firmware Revision: 19
    H res: 320
    V res: 240
    Control 0,188 [59 0C 01]
    Version 0,188 [56 01]
    Micro-VGA
    Hardware Revision: 10
    Firmware Revision: 19
    H res: ? Unknown
    V res: ? Unknown

So it looks like the module refuse other res than 320x240.
    Any ideas?
    Other commands are working ok.
    Regards
    Anders

You got the message "4DRom file not found, cannot simulate Display"

If you aim the settings at the 4drom file for the uVGA II you will get the expected results.

The Version command is returning 0xff for the resolutions that aren't part of the resolutions it can report a 'mapping' of. It can report 320x240, and most historical resolutions, but not the 'newer' ones.

Everything appears to be working OK other than that
