Picaso & Renesas R61509V

Hi,

Can anyone tell me what exactly I have to check in order to determine if Picaso is able to cooperate with my TFT display?

I am going to use SEIKO 30WQF0H which has the integrate controller Renesas R61509V.

Integrate Graphic controller:
Renesas R61509V.
80 system (8/9/16/18bit)
RGB (16/18/bit)+SPI

John,We have a new 3.2" 240x400 with R61509V driver based display module, soon to be released.We will have a Picaso PmmC for this particular driver, 4-6 weeks away.

Is there a list with all controllers that Picaso is able to cooperate?

Here is the latest list of Picaso supported display drivers:
- ILI9325
- ILI9328
- HX8347
- HX8352
- RM68050
- SSD1963
- S6E63D6
- R61509V .. (coming soon)
The list is growing, however the above drivers are the most commonly used in the industry.

where can i find a list of picaso supported drivers. Im looking for ILI9341 compatibility...

Just a driver might not be enough, the uLCD-24PTU, 28PTU and 32PTU all use the ILI9341, but the are all slightly different, as the recommended settings for drive, settings are different.

Anyway, you might like to try each of the three. The actual settings are found in the datasheet for the displays
