    Please keep your posts in the original thread.



    Donwload and install the current version of Workshop. The version you have hasn't been supported for years. http://www.4dsystems.com.au/prod.php?id=111

        It would probably be much quicker and easier to put your pictures on this forum. See 'manage attachments' below when posting.



        1. Hover over the traffic light (next to the com port selector) in Workshop and see if the explanation there helps. (i.e. running an SGC PmmC and not a GFX one)



        3. Check that you have a display connected to the MB5 and that it is working. (i.e. what is the display displaying when you first connect it? What does it say?)

          The fact that the traffic light is red would tend to indicate that your display is not connected, or is not connected properly

            In th first, when I connect MB5 to USB the traffic light appearing into yellow but it change into red in a few minutes.

              Yellow just means it hasn't checkd the port yet.



              What is the display showing?????

                  The display, your uLCD-32PT, or oLED, or whatever.



                  What is shown on it when you connect it to your MB5 and your MB5 is connected to your computer
