I forgot to mention that the behaviour was the same, with the miniGPS tool also! I got the same error message as the previous user during baud rate change...

I thought you were trying to use uSB mode.

Have you gone back to serial?

The firmware in the GPS modules supplied by Gtop does not allow changes of baud rates, for reasons that could only be clear to them.

What baud rate are you after?

The baudrate is 4800. I changed to 9600 but it remains on 4800.

Yes I changed back to serial interface, because the module is connected to a microcontroller and it has no USB interface, only USART.

I think I have to change the baudrate to a higher because I want to switch the freq also to 10Hz for my motorsport application.

Should I try to change to other baudrate? Is it depends on the nmea output freq?

          Hi,

Did anybody found a way to change the baud rate finally? I'm stuck with the 4800 too!

Trying with miniGPS as well as with my serial terminal didn't work out...

Thanks in advance for your help guys!
