  • Timer Events

    Hi,
I am writing a program that uses Timer Events to make an image flash when a certain value is surpassed (eg. 14,000). After 14,000 is reached, the timer event is used to make an image flash continuously. When this value is again changed to under 14,000 I would like to make the image stop flashing (disappear). Right now, I am just changing the timeout of the timer event to the longest possible.
Is there a way to stop the timer event from running after it has been triggered?
    Any help is appreciated, Thanks.

Just don't re-enable the timer. Once it fires, it won't fire again unless you call sys_SetTimer.....
