  • SPE programmer not uploading to board

    Hello,

I am trying to upload to the picaso module but the programmer can't seem to find it. I can use serial commander to send data to the module. But when I click SPE upload it say the device is not responding. I have selected the correct com port so I am little unsure what the problem could be especially since I can use the serial commander just fine.

All I am trying to do is change the SPE default baud rate.

    Hi Wany,

For programming a 4D display module, you have to use either a 4D Programming Cable or a microUSB Programming Adaptor (uUSB-PA5).

    http://www.4dsystems.com.au/product/...ramming_Cable/

    http://www.4dsystems.com.au/product/uUSB_PA5/

For talking to a 4D display which already has a program in it (such as the SPE application), you can use other serial-comms capable devices besides the 4D programming modules mentioned above.

    Hope this helps and regards.
