I have two uOLED's with the same problem.
Has your cable got an intermittent connection?

Try both using FAT Controller, post some logs of what it is doing?

Where does this 5v come from and how much power can it supply?

Do the displays appear to reset (go back to the splash) as they 'fail'?

        The 5volt com from a lipo pack 7.2volt 1A
I have now some tekst on the oled "Hello World"
my programm is working in a loop that 3 different text
on the screen print but after the first text
the oled stops working when I reset my Atmel the first text appears but the second and third not.

is this a timing problem? or is 115200 baud speed to vast.

You need to check the responses from the display and make sure you get an ACK back before you send the next command, if you do that you can go much higher than 115200.

Try using FAT Controller to see what you get back.... It never sends 0x00

is it posible to send hex commands to the oled via an terminal?
                for instance hex 45 clearscreen

then must I see the return ack in the terminal...!?

I have tested the oled with the FAT controller and see the act in the log screen.

Yes, of course. Also of course FAT Controller is just showing what it sends and what it receives in its log.

The Terminal program that is installed with Workshop can send and receive hex as well as text.

Oke but how??? when I send an hex 45 in the Terminal with the button "send hex"
notting happened or is it 00 45 or 45, etc

when I this do in the FAT controller I see Erase Screen 0,000 [45]
                    what is 0,000?

notting happened or is it 00 45 or 45, etcYou'd have to show me exactly what the screen looks like, I think something is not set up correctly (com port, comms open, etc.)

when I this do in the FAT controller I see Erase Screen 0,000 [45]
                      what is 0,000?
0,000 is the time the command took to respond
