  • Migrating from uLCD-43PT(Picasso) to uLCD-43DT(Diablo)

Currently I'm create programs with Workshop IDE in uLCD-43PT (Picasso). Because this system need more flash memory, I want to migrating to uLCD-43DT (Diablo). My question is what the program running in uLCD-43PT (Picasso), can be used in uLCD-43DT (Diablo) without any changes? Is I/O hardware so compatible?

    Hi Edha

Program would mostly work unchanged yes, however there would be a few minor changes required due to syntax changes between Picaso and Diablo16, but it should be very simple indeed to change over.

Regarding IO Changes, please refer to the uLCD-43DT datasheet, in the back there is a full page explaining the differences between the Picaso and Diablo16 versions of the 4.3"
