  • Usage of the float function return values (DIABLO)

    The following block of code to square a floating-point value works as expected:
    var fMyVar[2];
    flt_VAL(fMyVar, "3.14");
    flt_MUL(fMyVar, fMyVar, fMyVar);

    In the documentation the function "flt_VAL" returns the pointer to the result. However doing the following does not work:
    var fTemp[2];
    flt_MUL(fTemp, flt_VAL(fTemp, "3.14"), flt_VAL(fTemp, "3.14"));

    What is the return value from the flt_VAL function pointing to?

    Oops, currently flt_VAL() returns something 'undefined'.

    We will get that fixed for a future release, thanks for reporting it
