  • file_ScreenCapture() difference on Diablo compared to Picaso

I use file_ScreenCapture mainly to grab screenshots for product documentation but I have noticed that on our Diablo systems (running the identical code) that the resulting image data is shifted by 128 bytes compared with Picaso, rolling the image over by 64 pixels. I use file_ScreenCapture(0,0,480,272,h); capturing a single image into a newly opened (not previously existing) file which is then immediately closed

I convert this to a BMP offline.

Any thoughts? out0000 is what diablo produces in the file, and new grey menu.jpg is the correct (Picaso) output

        Hi Mark,

With the new driver it is generating what I would expect. Will that get rolled into the next release, or is that a release?

        Thanks,

        Simon

You can use that as a release, we need to roll that fix into a few other drivers before it can be released via Workshop updates and site dornloads
