    Hello,

Please post the demo code you are using.
Have you installed the genieArduino library correctly?
Please paste the path where you have installed the genieArduino library folder.

it should be, for example: C:\Users\james\Documents\Arduino\libraries\genieArduino
if you have just extracted the whole github zip file out, you will likely have something like this (which is incorrect): C:\Users\james\Documents\Arduino\libraries\ViSi-Genie-Arduino-Library-master\genieArduino\
If that is the case, you need to take the genieArduino folder, and paste that into your libraries folder, the ViSi-Genie-Arduino-Library-master folder is a container for the library itself and the demo for Workshop4.

    I hope that helps

    Regards
    James
