    To answer my own question, Wire.begin(1,3) works with the IoD-24T as well. Can't use this with the UPA connected but it worked with this breakout board and an Adafruit VL53LOX TOF distance sensor. One note, the breakout board I used had the pin assignments opposite those in the 24T so best to do a little idiot check before applying power, though mine survived my blind faith (idiot) backward lash up. Now I just need to add a gauge to make it pretty (and maybe functional).

      Hey, I'm trying to use the 24T in conjunction with an Arduino Nano 33 IoT. Can you give me advice on getting these two to communicate? Did you use the UPA or a breakout board to access the ten-pin cable? Wiring diagrams? Code?

    Xerxes512, can you explain a bit more about what you are try to achieve and what devices you actually have.
