  • Polarizing key

    Hello,

I use 4D displays for Raspberry Pi with a cable and connector and sometimes my customers connect it wrong. I don't know if it happens to somebody else, Could you consider adding a polarizing key in the connector?

    Thanks
    Enrique

    Hello Enrique,

Thank you for informing us regarding this, however, this is unusual considering that the connectors include labels on them.

Out of curiosity, can I ask you to specify the displays you are referring to?

    Best Regards,
    Kimberly

        Hello Enrique,

        Thank you for your response.

With regards to your suggestion, this rarely gets proposed to us since there are probably too few customers having this trouble. Therefore, it might not be of highest priority. Nevertheless, we'll make sure to consider your suggestion.

Additionally, you may want to consider sending a sales inquiry via our ticketing system: https://www.4dsystems.com.au/support

Depending on your order quantity, our sales team and product development team might consider giving a quotation for customised products.

        Best Regards,
        Kimberly
