  • uOLED-160G2 text alignment

    Hello

We are using uOLED-160 displays in our handheld meters (https://pte.fi/en/tuotteet/am1-blade-angle-meter/) and we have to downgrade G2 series to G1. Problem is that I can not align text precisely. With G1 series you can align text using pixels but with new (better...) G2 series you can only align text based on rows and columns. This is annoying because you can not get screen layout to look good if you can only align text based on rows and columns. Is there better solution than downgrade to G1 series?

    Hello,

    Welcome to the forum!

May I know how you're aligning your texts?

Since you've mentioned that "you can only align text based on rows and columns", I'm assuming you're using the txt_MoveCursor(line, column) function.

If that is correct, I would suggest using the gfx_MoveTo(xpos,ypos) function instead.

    I hope this helps.

    Best regards,
    Michael

      That helps. Thank you! =)

I am not using arduino and I programmed header by myself. On serial command reference manual that command (gfx_MoveTo) is displayed under Graphics commands and named Move Origin so I thought that it will move origin for graphics.
