    Hi,

    Thanks for posting here.

In some cases, this also happens when the device is not properly connected or the comm port is being used.

Did you try disconnecting the display module then re-uploading the code?

If so, please give us more information that you have made?

    Best regards,
    Kayven

        Hi,

It appears that the board(ATmel chip) is not corresponding.

What is the version of your Arduino IDE?.
Is there a device connected to * Rx and * Tx Pins? If so, it is recommended to disconnect the device connected to it, these pins are used during the upload.

        Best regards,
        Kayven

          Hin

The Arduino IDE version is 1.8.8.

I have 2 CAN-BUS Shield V2.0 board plug on my 4duino. I have try to download the program without the 2 board but it's the same.

Did you try disconnecting the LCD TX line while uploading to the Arduino?

            Hi,

            Thank you for the information.

At the moment, I was trying to replicate the problem.

What about the WS4 version you are using? Is it in the latest version?

Did you try to upload a sample code/ empty project ? if not, just open Workshop >> File >> New >> 4Duino >> Next >> Basic Graphics >> Save >> Com'n Load.

This will help us to come up to a conclusion.

Please, let me know if it works.

            Best regards,
            Kayven

              Hi,

              I use Workshop 4 V4.5.0.17. I think it's the latest version.

I have try to send an empty project and I have the same error.

              Thanks for your help.

                Hi,

I'm assumed that you followed the setup procedure for installing 4duino in the Arduino Environment.

You can also use the arduino IDE
to upload the empty project after you compile it using the WS4, just look for the .ino file on the working dir.

If above does not work, please have a look on the threads shown below:

                Or
