    Hello, faced with such a mistake as device is not responding. What do you need to prevent this?

        Hello,

        It seems like you are currently using an unsupported cable which is not
        recommended by us, as it may damage the display and void your warranty in the process.

        If you want to purchase the 4D Programming Cable, here is the link: https://www.4dsystems.com.au/product...ramming-Cable/

        However, if you insist on keeping what you are using now, then, you may want to check this forum thread for emulating the Programming Cable: https://forum.4dsystems.com.au/node/3321
