The only thing that I can suggest is for you to try it on a different computer. This is to test if you have a faulty programming cable or not.

I'll be able to test it tomorrow at my school on another PC. I'll keep you informed thanks for everything.

So I tested on another PC under Win 10 by following these steps:

      - Install driver
      - Restart PC
      - Connect the cable
and I had the same mistakes as on my computer.

So I installed win 7 on another hard disk to test following the same steps and I still find myself with the same errors so I don't know what to do.

I bought the cable from this reseller: https://www.lextronic.fr/lcd-4d-syst...ation-usb.html

        Hello Jordan,

It looks like you have received a faulty programming cable. Can you file for a support ticket so we can address your issue?

        Best Regards,
        Kevin

I made a support ticket I kept the link but I didn't pay attention to the code I went to bed right after.

Also my teacher wanted to know if it was programmable in RS232 connection and if there was a driver for it?

Do you intend to program the uLCD-32PTU using an RS232 to TTL converter? It is possible,
however, we do not recommend it as it can potentially damage your display and void
your warranty. Also, do take note that the reset pin needs to be connected via a simple
circuit using the DTR pin in order for Workshop 4 to detect the device.

For reference, you can check this forum thread: https://forum.4dsystems.com.au/node/3321

              Best Regards,
              Kevin
