    Hi,

You could start learning the ViSi by creating a new ViSi project
ViSi Getting Started - First Project for Picaso and Diablo16.

Then try to program using the following sample application notes below:

ViSi How to Draw Pixels and Lines
ViSi How to Draw Circles and Rectangles

This is a good starts for you to understand how 4DGL works.

    Best regards,

    Hello Kayven,

Thank you for your reply. I will learn to code in ViSi then. Is there any tutorials available on 4DGL language?

    Best regards,
    Miksu

    Hi,

    Welcome to the forum!

Unfortunately, the gen4-uLCD-32PT has no analogue input, so a digital temperature sensor will be used

It is possible, if you use ViSi Environment due to the ViSi-Genie limit such as the implementation of SPI and /or I2C protocol.

I2C and SPI protocols can be used for this.

    Best regards,
    Kayven

Hello, I'm trying to build temperature controlled relay system using Gen4-pa, gen4-uLCD-32PT and visi genie for student project. What kind of temperature sensor (analog or digital) would gen4-PA require to be used in Visi genie environment.
Is it possible to build temperature sensing system using Gen4-pa and visi genie?

Any help would be greatly appreciated
