  • Adjustable amplitude scope

    Hello,
I'm using Visi genie with an arduino and a LCD 24 PTU.
I want to know if is it possible to create a scope with a adjustable amplitude.

    Example:
I receive some values on my arduino and i would like the scope to have the amplitude of the max value received and to update each time the max value change.

The problem with the scope on Visi genie it does not put the old value already displayed with the new amplitude scale.
I need you'r help thank you.

    Cordially,
    Faris TAIEB

    Hi,

    Welcome to the forum!

Unfortunately, In ViSi genie, the scope widget has its own properties, so it is a bit hard to add a parameter during the genie runtime. If you don't mind, it would be better to use Serial Environment to overcome the ViSi genie limitation.

For your references, there are relevant existing projects that you might want to explore can be located here, it used ViSi Environment.

      Thanks Kayven.
I have another question With Genie is it possible to change parameter of the scope with the arduino?

        Hi,

So far, it is not possible.

You can implement your project in Visi, by referring to forum thread below as a guide.
