  • Transparency?

    Hello,

    I'm using the uLCD-144 G2 display and have been trying to get some kind of transparency working--either when layering images or with text or anything.

    I know that the documentation says the Goldelox processor does not support transparency, but the last topic I found discussing it was from ten years ago and so I wanted to ask if any progress towards transparency has been made since then. And if not, is it because of a hardware limitation or a software limitation?

    Really looking to use a tiny screen for a project I'm doing so I hope to get some form of transparency to work. If not, I'm not sure if there's another display on the market small enough that does...

    Hi ,

    May I know what you want to achieve witth this?

    If you want to set the text background to transparent you may use txt_Opacity(0);

    I hope this was helpful.

    Best regards,
    Michael

          Hello,

          Welcome to the forum.

          Could you please elaborate further on the specifics? Perhaps you could share more information of your setup, and what you generally intend to do with your project.

          Thanks and regards,
          Sherwin
