Hi, I need to upload existing 4 separate files with graphics and buttons onto GEN4-ULCD-35DTC display, but getting a message "Drive not mounted" on the display. How can I fix this issue?

    Thank you in advance!

    Hi Marina,

Usually, when a 'Drive not Mounted' message is displayed on the screen, it means that uSD card is not properly mounted, uSD card cannot be read, or uSD card is corrupted.

Have you properly inserted the card on the uSD card slot? In case, you are figuring out how to do these, you can check the images provided on these thread post:

Please take note that not all uSD Cards are compatible with our Displays.

Also, you can try to format the uSD card in FAT format and rebuild your graphics file.
If the message still occurs, maybe you can test a different uSD card and see how it goes.

    Best Regards,
    Kevin
