Newby question: RPI with pixxiLCD-13P2

Hi All,

I'm new to 4D Sytems and choosen the pixxiLDCD-13P2 for a new project. Before purchasing the required parts I would like to know if the following setup is working. Any feedback is appreciated!

I would like to use 3 pixxiLCD-13P2 which are receiving their data from a Raspberry via soft serial. Is that possible?

Welcome to the forum,

Yes, the PixxiLCD-13P2 has a TTL Serial interface which you can connect to serial ports on the Raspberry Pi.

We have two Serial environments availble to use with their own protocol, Serial SPE and Visi-Genie, or you can create your own protocol if needed. The serial reference manual for the Pixxi can be found here,
