playing videos from sd card on uOLED-96-G2 help

hi guys i am new to this field of programming.
i recently bought a few uOLED-96-G2. thinking all i need it to format the sd card and place in in to the uOLED-96-G2

however i was greatly mistaken. and now i have been banging my head for a few months now and couldn't find any solutions

I used the workshop to format my sd card and tried graphic composer to save a video on the sd card. but when i put it in the slot. nothing happens.

i followed this Video Installation Instructions - YouTube. I believe it might be for another model, but thought it would work on my device. i was able to save a video on m card in the correct format.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Can you specify what video format and its size you are using? Have you tried to add a video in the video widget using the ViSi environment?

Also, the SD card should be in the RAW format, which is used by the Goldelox display modules to save the graphics files.
