ah, thank you so much that has worked and the device is flashed and up and running again.

The technique for anyone else who is struggling, sign in, click on the forum download link to be taken to an empty white page, then press F5 and the file should start downloading.

The link works fine for me.

If you accessed the link before logging on you will probably need to refresh your browser (usually F5) after logging on (which you must have done to make the post)

Would it be possible to repost these PmmCs, the zip file download link above does not work and I have searched everywhere for the serial PmmC for this display but with no luck.

    Many Thanks

    Thank you!

I think the PoGa was just too soon or not enough people knew about them.

Here's the latest GMD1 PmmCs that I can find, so you should be able to run the 4DGL samples.etc.

As for the PoGa, what can I say, people just didn't buy it.

Given the popularity of Arduinos, Pis, etc. it's hard to see how a hand held programmable computer with a display could 'miss', but it did.

Hi Mark, I don't have the serial file either. If it is available can I get it? I will get a newer version to experiment with I just hate to throw something out that could still be used if I had not tried loading the wrong firmware into it. I have the documentation and the old Workshop 3 still. I also have a PoGa :-) You all should make a modern version of that.

    Thanks
    Dave

The only 4DGL available for that display was a very early version (circa 2008).

It was never supported with the current 'version'

Workshop 4 does not support that version.

There is no documentation available for that version. (it was stored in HTML files, long since gone)

In short you are best to use the Serial that you already have (even though that too is no longer supported).

You will need a newer display to get access to the current software.

Hi Mark it was serial and I was trying to switch to 4DGL. Thanks. David

Do you have any idea which PmmC was loaded on it? (i.e. was it serial or was it 4DGL)

Any change of getting the last PmmC for this now? I found one while cleaning up my lab and by mistake loaded the wrong one on it. It was working up to that point.

    Thanks
